Profile: Created alongside his brother, Mysterious Aqua Maverick, to serve in 
Repliforce; Mysterious Aqua Hero had, for many years, problems with his 
self-confidence. Mysterious Aqua Hero became sort of a recluse after his 
brother announced himself as against humanity alongside Sigma. He quit 
Repliforce and lived alone in a research hub in Polynesia, and was there for 
several years until he saved a family from drowning while exploring the ocean. 
This drew the attention of the Hunters, and Mysterious Aqua Hero joined them 
to help fill the void of aquatic capable reploids. Mysterious Aqua Hero has 
finally found the confidence in himself and his abilities he has been 
searching for, after a crisis that held his fathers' lives at stake. He 
handles situations that once would have caused him to doubt and hesitate with 
calmness and inner strength, even if he is afraid or daunted. Soft-spoken and 
mellow, Mysterious Aqua Hero rarely raises his voice, and is very intelligent, 
but still is a little shy around strangers. Mysterious Aqua Hero has the power 
to channel electricity into his attacks, including the Tri Thunder, a 
concentrated burst of highly amplified electric energy conducted through 
highly concentrated water in three bolts. With a newfound sense of justice, 
and the want to truly do good, Mysterious Aqua Hero is beginning to understand 
that being a Hunter does not mean having to fulfill a debt to society. Now, he 
is beginning to understand the concept of a hero.

beautiful FC. Rich history, archnemesis brother, good design and clear 
personality...

Note: <Name> was a journalist for GNN during Elpizo's rise to power in Mexico. 
Using his journalistuc immunity and contacts, he began smuggling trapped 
reploids out of Mexico. Not long after Mexico was renamed to Neo Arcadia, 
<Name> was fired from GNN for the breach of contract which recklessly 
endangered all of GNN's employee's neutrality and protection on the 
battlefields. The Hunters were quick to recruit <Name>, whom now serves as a 
scout, spy, and information gatherer for the group, continuing much of the 
work he started in Mexico.

Profile: Once a well-known member of a secret agency dedicated to keeping 
America safe from all kinds of threats, including those damn commies, Dash 
O'Pepper has since been hired by the Hunters as Dr. Light's bodyguard. He has 
an almost fatherly attitude towards many of the Hunters, especially Rock and 
Zero, and accompanies them on all kinds of dangerous adventures. An expert in 
his field, Dash is capable of keeping any threat at bay, usually just long 
enough for someone to power up a nearby laser and zap the badguy with it. 
While a bit more brash and hot-headed than most, it's these traits that keep 
Dash O'Pepper out on the field and kicking ass. If there's one thing you need 
to know about Dash, it's that when he's near a random inexplicable barrel, 
you'd better watch out. Dash is well known for being able to take down any 
threat with a well-placed barrel, something both random poker-tables and giant 
semi-conductor robots of death will all attest to.

        Type in +roster m=command. You can't do anything about that first one, 
but you can make us all happy by rounding out the X-Hunters and giving us the 
Father of Reploidkind. A Dr. Doppler would have a lot of important things to 
do soon enough.

A viable and played PC in the press business brings such a great dynamic to the 
game. He's a conduit for characters to have RP that goes beyond punch punch 
kick. As Chest, or any other GNN Reporter type, you are never without a reason 
to RP with any and everyone on this game. Don't be intimidated by the fact he 
had a great player for a long time. This is a guy we need, it's a lot more 
exciting when you save the world and have a real PC sticking a mic in your 
face.
